Hello everyone! Are you having a wonderful weekend ?
Today I have a card to share with you which I made for The Flower Challenge #9! This month we have a Anything Goes challenge again!
I’ve made a card in a relatively clean style 🙂 with a wreath. I used stamps and dies from The Ton.
To start off I stamped the wreath from Pragmatic Wreaths in embossing ink twice and heat embossed it with Verdigris EP. I repeated the heat embossing to create more dimensional look. I stamped the flowers in Soft Garnet, added some accents using Polychromos pencils and die cut the wreath using Coordinating die. Set them aside I stamped and heat embossed Peony Cluster Mini image in Rose Gold and die cut it with Coordinating die. I colored the peony with Pearl watercolor. I then made the background starting with blending Crystal Pewter on the center part fading out to the upper and bottom edges. I heat embossed Minor Stripes in Rose Gold on the gray ombre blended card base. I chose Diamond Bling card stock from Bazzill as mat for the wreath. It was cut in 3.5×4.25 and foam mounted on the card base.
I glued the wreath and peony cluster on the Diamond Bling panel. The sentiment was cut from a grey card stock four times. I stacked them together and glued it on the center of the wreath. The upper most die cut was cut from a grey card stock, on which I adhered Transparent Adhesive Glitter paper. To finish off I added some sequins from Coral necklace and I Dream in Peach Couture Mix from The Ton.
That’s it from me today! Now it’s your turn to play with some floral stamps and link up the projects at The Flower Challenge!
