Hello, I have two cards to share with you today. They are featuring a new digital stamp EunJi has designed for November Release at her Etsy Shop: DotBStamp. It is called Holiday Floral.
For my first card I used the floral cluster image. I printed it in gray on mixed media paper and watercolored the image.
After done with watercoloring I added details and darker shades on the image using Polychromos colored pencils. The sentiment is from Happy Wishes by Penny Black which I stamped in black and clear heat embossed. I trimmed the panel down and foam mounted it on the kraft cardbase. To finish off I added some golden Sequins.
On my second card I created a floral cluster using solo flowers from the set.
I printed the flowers in gray on mixed media paper and watercolored them. I mixed some pearl watercolor powder to make them shimmer and colored the leaves in gold. I then fussy cut all the images. To give the cardbase some texture I die cut the Heart Breeze(SSS) from the front of the black cardbase and arranged the flowers on it along with some golden thread. I actually finished this card a few days ago. At that time I couldn’t decide where to put the sentiment and thought maybe I could come up with an idea with the time. But still I have no idea where is the best place for a sentiment. So I’ll leave it as it is :).
