Hello everyone!
It’s already time for a reminder card for the latest Flower Challenge! The theme for this month is Add Sparkle! Easy peasy 🙂 ! Just don’t forget to make floral images be the main focus on your project!
For my reminder card I used the negative piece of the glitter frame I had on the card for the main post and I chose a bouquet in a vase from Refreshing (30-695) stamp set by Penny Black as my main image.
I stamped the floral image in a black ink on a watercolor paper and colored it using Karin brush markers. After coloring I fussy cut the image and set it aside.
To add more fresh colors to the background I did some watercolor wash on a watercolor paper panel in pink, yellow and orange and cut the panel using the Dainty Dashes Stackers die (51-636). I foam mounted the panel on a white cardbase and added the negative glitter piece of the frame of my previous DT card to it. This piece was cut using the Simple Stackers die (51-613) .
I added the floral image to the card using some foam tape and covered the vase with Star Dust Stickles to add even more sparkle. The sentiment from Words of Encouragement (30-712) set was stamped in black on a white cardstock. I cut the sentiment using Sign (51-608) die set and added it to the card.

I absolutel adore the two different edge patterns on the layered mats and the added soft colouring, and the vase of flowers so prettily coloured TaeEun, and love the sparkly vase too. x
I love all the wonderful layers, TaeEun, and that sign die is the cutest. I may need that. 😉
