Alex Syberia Design – Holiday Release

I have a holiday card to share with you!

I printed the Winter Wreath digital stamp on Canson XL watercolor paper. I reduced the opacity for no-line coloring. I colored the image using Mijello Mission Gold watercolor. I went with traditional red and green and added gold to the bow.

After the watercoloring was done I added details on the flowers using a black fine liner and dots and lines with a white gel pen. I trimmed the panel slightly smaller than A2 size. I cut a rectangle frame using Rectangle A2 Nested Dies by The Ton from some watercolor paper and colored it in red. I fussy cut the outline of the top part of the bow and added the red frame on the panel.

I foam mounted the colored panel on a kraft cardbse. The sentiment is from Easy Expressions Holiday set by The Ton. I gold heat embossed the scripty part in gold and stamped the rest in Noir. I cut it using the coordinating die and added it to the card. My finishing touch was a few Dew Drop Clear Enamel Dots.
