Hello everyone!
It’s Seize the Birthday Thursday again! JoAnn is the host for this new challenge and she wants to see some squares in our projects!
I simply made a square card with a big bouquet . This bouquet is from the Joyful Bouquet stamp set by Pinkfresh Studio, which coordinates with the new washi tape with the same name.
To begin I gold heat embossed the bouquet on a Canson watercolor paper and colored it using Pinkfresh Studio Liquid Watercolors. After that I cut it using the coordinating die.
For a subtle ink blending in the background I used Sky Blue and Fresh Pear ink. I cut the background panel with a Diagonal Stitched Squares die and foam mounted it on a light gray square cardbase. I then added the bouquet using foam tape.
The sentiment is from Happy Birthday Sentiments set. I gold heat embossed it and cut it using the coordinating die. I cut the Artistic Bow from some white cardsock, ink blended it in Apricot and Coral Reef and assembled it. I added a bit of sparkle to the center piece of the bow using Crystal Stickles. Then I finished off the card with a few pink Jewels.

Loving that subtle background and beautiful bouquet. I think you have convinced me to get some decent watercolors. Now if my results could just be half as good as this. Beautiful!

Your bouquet is absolutely stunning!!! The gold embossing with the bright colours, the soft background with the sequins – just comes together for a wonderful card.
