Hello and happy Friday, friends! Today I have a couple of cute holiday cards to share. I used some critter holiday stamps from the Christmastime 2022 collection by Penny Black.
The first card is showing the Ho, Ho, Ho (30-930) stamp set. I picked the image with the santa’s sleigh. Actually the image is with one deer but I added one more for my slimline card.
I stamped the image with the santa’s sleigh and the extra deer on some watercolor paper in black and watercolored them. After the coloring was done I cut the panel in three pieces and arranged them on a white slimline cardbase so that they fit under the three square windows of the front panel which was cut using the Slimline Zig-Zag (51-733) die set.
I cut the front panel from some dark red cardstock. I stamped three sentiments from the Ho, Ho, Ho (30-930) set in black, cut them into banners and adhered thin strip of gold cardstock on the bottom of them.
I added the three sentiment banners and some golden sequins to finish off the card.
Next card is featuring the Greatest Gift (30-929), Immense Joy (51-742) and Joy of Giving (51-748) stamp and die sets from the Christmastime 2022 collection.
To start I stamped the image from the Greatest Gift (30-929) set in black on watercolor paper and watercolored it. I cut the panel with a circle die to make it fit in the “O” of the JOY word.
To add some texture to the background I used two small snowflake dies from the Snowflake Frame (51-565) die set. I cut a white A2 sized panel with the dies several times to create the pattern and adhered it on a white cardbase.
The Immense Joy (51-742) was cut three times from some white cardstock. I drew the red candy cane pattern on one of the die cut words using a red marker and layered them for some dimension. I then adhered the colored image on the back of the letter “O” and glued the “JOY” on the card.
To decorate the die cut sentiment I used the Joy of Giving (51-748) die and the Dancing Snowflakes (51-708) die set. I cut all the elements of the Joy of Giving (51-748) from white carstock, cut the bow off from the gift wrap shape and colored the bow and the branches by ink blending. I colored the berries using a red marker and covered them with Glossy Accents. I arranged them on the “J” and added a red rhinestone. The white snowflakes were cut using the Dancing Snowflakes (51-708) die. I adhered clear rhinestones on the center of the snowflakes to finish off the card.
That’s it from me for today! Hope you enjoyed looking my cards!
Wishing you all a wonderful weekend!

Two beautiful cards using these cute characters TaeEun and the apertures look great on both, and I especially love the ‘joy’ with the scene within the ‘O’ and stands out so well with the red and white stripes. x
