Hello and welcome to Pinkfresh Studio “Kindness in Bloom” Release Blog Hop !!!

If you arrived here from the Raquel Arribas’ Blog, you’re right on track. If not, please head on over to the Pinkfresh Studio Card blog to get all the information about the full release and to start the blog hop!

It’s release day at Pinkfresh Studio!  The theme of this Release is Kindness in Bloom. Once again, Pinkfresh Studio has created unique, beautiful, and fun new designs. Some of the product suites include die sets that can be used independently, and there are also two basic die sets that add decorative touches to your panels!

My first card features Always Smiling product suite, the Framed Art stencil set, and the Fancy Rectangle Frame die set from this release.

To begin, I heat embossed the Always Smiling image in white and stenciled it using the coordinating stencil set. I stenciled the flowers in three tones – orange, coral and pink- using ApricotClementine, Coral ReefPassion Fruit and Cherry BlossomPeony. For the leaves, I mixed teal and green using Ocean Breeze Aquamarine and Grassy Knoll Eucalyptus. The center of the flowers were colored with Gathered Twigs.

After finishing the stenciling, I cut the image using the coordinating die and set it aside.

To create the patterned background, I used the Framed Art Stencil set. There are several blotch patterns in the stencil, which I stenciled onto a white A2 sized panel using Coral Reef, Peony, Apricot, Clementine, Warm Buff, and Doe.

I adhered the background panel on a white cardbase, added a white frame cut with the Fancy Rectangle Frame die using foam tape, and placed the stenciled Always Smiling image on it.

The sentiment is also from the Always Smiling product suite. I pressed it in Espresso, die cut it, and added it to the card using foam tape. The finishing touch for this card was a few Champagne clear drops.

For the next card, I used the Framed Art product suite and the Dotted Fancy Frames die set from this new release.

I started off by heat embossing a floral image from the Framed Art stamp in gold. Next, I stenciled the image using Sunkissed, Peony and Sage. After stenciling, I cut the image using the coordinating die and set it aside.

The frame was cut from white cardstock, and the upper and lower bars, as well as the line to “hang” the frame, were cut form Rose Gold glitter Cardstock, The white panel of the frame was cut with the Charming Stitched Florals coverplate die. I then assembled the frame.

To add more floral touches to the background, I stamped the floral pattern from the Framed Art stamp set repeatedly onto an A2 sized pale pink cardstock in Ballet Slipper. I cut the panel using a die from the Dotted Fancy Frames die set, foam mounted the central panel, and adhered the negative piece directly to a white cardbase.
Finally, I added the assembled frame and the floral image using foam tape.

The sentiment from the same stamp set was stamped in Detail Black on a piece of white cardstock, which I cut into a banner. As a finishing touch, I added three Sparkling Champagne Metallic Pearls as shown in the picture.
