Hello everyone!
Today I have three cards to share with you. I used some cute critter stamp sets and floral sets from Secret Garden Release by Penny Black. Hope I can brighten your day a bit with my cards today!
The first card is featuring the Exquisite Envelope (30-702) stamp set and Classic Stackers die set (51-620) from Secret Garden release.
I stamped the floral elements from the Exquisite Envelope (30-702) set several times in an embossing ink and gold heat embossed them. The envelope was stamped in a gray archival ink. I stamped the hearts on the envelope in light blue and violet DI and colored the floral elements using Karin brush markers. Then I cut them all using the coordinating Exquisite Envelope Cut Out (51-632).
To create the background I did some watercolor wash in violet and cerulean blue Color Burst on a watercolor paper. After the panel was dry I cut it using the largest die from the Classic Stackers die set (51-620).
I foam mounted the background piece slightly offset on a navy cardbase. I stamped the sentiment from Million Thanks set (30-680) in a black pigment ink on the envelope and clear heat embossed it. I then arranged the flowers in the die cut opening of the envelope and added it to the card using some foam tape. To finish off I added some Like Magic sequins.
I made the second card using Flying By (30-681) and Daisy Collection (30-696) mini clear stamp sets.
The cute bunny was stamped in a black pigment ink and clear heat embossed. I colored him using Karin brush markers and Zig brush markers. I cut the bunny using Flying By Cut Out (51-626) and set it aside.
I created a daisy field where the bunny can land on. I stamped the daisies from Daisy Collection (30-696) set on a Bristol smooth paper in Picked Raspberry and Twisted Citron DI. I colored the daisies in various pink shades using Picked Raspberry DI and the brush markers. To finish off the background I drew the grass and ink blended light blue sky with some clouds.
I silver heat embossed the sentiment from Flying By (30-681) on the background panel and cut it using the Leaf Stitched Frames (51-552) die and foam mounted it on a white cardbase. I added the bunny to the card and the card was finished.
The last card is showing the cute bear from the Plant Sunshine (30-687) stamp set. To create a flower bed for him I used a floral cluster from In My Garden (30-699) set.
To start off I stamped the floral cluster from In My Garden (30-699) in the front of the scene in Memento black ink on Neenah solar white panel. Next I masked the flowers and stamped the bear from Plant Sunshine (30-687) set. After I masked the bear as well I added the flowers in the background.
I colored the images using Copic markers. I colored around the flowers in light green and ink blended the bottom part of the panel in Twisted Citron. For the sentiment I used the Sign (51-608) die set. I cut the sign from some white cardstock and stamped the sentiment from Magical Friendship (30-707) stamp set in a black pigment ink and clear heat embossed it. I ink blended the pole and the panel in brown DI and adhered them together.
To tuck the sign in the scene I cut the outline of a flower. The colored panel was mounted on a white cardbase. I then fixated the sign using some foam tape. I finished off the card by adding some yellow Stickles to the center of the flowers.
