Today starts a new challenge at Seize the Birthday! The Toppings option for next fortnight is
Kraft Card Base
As I love to color using colored pencils on kraft cardstock, it wasn’t a hard decision to do it again for this challenge :).
To start off I stamped the floral cluster stamp from Florets set by Penny Black on my kraft card base using an embossing ink. I stamped it twice on two diagonal corners. I then colored one cluster on left top corner using Prismacolor colored pencils. After done with coloring I white heat embossed the image with the help of MISTI. The sentiment is also from Penny Black. I white heat embossed it onto the card. For some more interest I dry embossed a deckle frame using Distressed Edges die from Spellbinders. Some holo clear sequins were my finishing touch.
