Today I have a card to share in which I tried to CASE May Sukyong Park.
I am a huge fan of May’s CAS card style. I was visiting her blog one day, when I’ve found CAS-Muses Challenge. May is the muse of this month at this challenge. She is introduced with interviews and you can see also some of her gorgeous creations on the challenge blog.
May gave the theme “create your own stamped background” for the current challenge.
So I’ve tried to make a stamped background for the first time. I used small holiday themed stamps from Hero Arts and Hero Arts dye inks. It was not easy to place the images but definitely it was fun!
The sentiment from Penny Black was stamped on a green vellum with embossing ink and gold heat embossed. I layered the green vellum circle with a white vellum, adhered some gold thread on the back of it and mounted it on the card front using foam tape.
