Hydrangea and Rose – Pinkfresh Studio

Hello everyone! Hope your week is off to a great start 🙂 !

On the weekend I made a card using some watercolored floral clusters which I finished for the Pinkfresh Studio June 2021 Release Blog Hop but didn’t used! I made a floral border for the front panel !

I stamped the image of the Hydrangea and Rose stamp in Peach Fuzz and watercolored the images. After die cutting them I used some for my card for the Pinkfresh Studio June 2021 Release Blog Hop and set the rest aside.

To add some color to the background I watercolored a Canson Mixed Media panel in light pink and light blue and cut the bottom of it in an angle making it into a down arrow shape . I foam mounted the panel on a white cardbase and arranged the floral clusters along the bottom border of the front panel.

The sentiment is from Blossoms and Berries stamp set, another coordinating stamp set with one of the new washi tapes. I stamped it first in Candy Violet but didn’t like it, so I stamped it again in Detail Black. I finished off the card with a few Silver Pearls.
