Hello everyone!
It’s time for a reminder card for the latest Flower Challenge with the theme “Color Turquoise” ! Have you played along? There is still plenty of time to enter your turquoise floral projects into our challenge 🙂 !
For my reminder card I used the die cut rose which was left after I made my first DT card.
The rose was cut using the Radiant Roses Layering dies by The Ton from some watercolor paper and colored with turquoise Color Burst.
To add texture to the background I dry embossed a white panel with We R Memory Keepers Woven 3D embossing folder and adhered it on a white cardbase. I then foam mounted the oval panel. I cut two ovals from white cardstock using the Oval Nested Dies (The Ton). I ink blended the edge of the larger oval panel in Bright Emerald and adhered the smaller one on it.
I arranged the rose on the oval panel using foam tape and added the sentiment from Easy Expressions set (The Ton). I finished off the card with three white enamel dots.
Please visit The Flower Challenge blog before you go creating ! My talented team mates and our amazing guest Kailash have made beautiful inspiration cards for you!
Hope you’ll play along!
Have a wonderful day!
