There is tons of prizes to win in this month. Some generous companies are sponsoring us and also some of our team members are offering prizes. Please check out The Flower Challenge blog where you can see all the awesome prizes!

One of the sponsors is The Ton with a $20 gift card! I used some of the new items by The Ton – Confetti Shapes Square set, Holiday Coloring Bits and Mini Sprigs die.

shape-1-3

I stamped three squares from the Confetti Shapes Square set on a white panel in an embossing ink and heat embossed them in white. To add colors to the confetti squares first I cut the negative masks using the coordinating dies and ink blended each square through the negative mask in Soft Ash, Peach Blossom and Meadow.

shape-4-2

I wanted to make the squares into gift boxes. I ink blended some scrap cardstock in the same colors like the squares and cut the ribbons and bows using the string die from the Confetti Shapes Circle set and the bow dies from the Confetti Shapes Square set.

The poinsettias and holly leaves and berries are from the Holiday Coloring Bits set. I stamped the images in a light ink and no line watercolored them. I cut them using the coordinating die and arranged them on the card as shown in the picture. For more festivity I added some white and green Mini Sprigs to the poinsettia arrangements.

The sentiment is from the Confetti Shapes Star set. Three tiny rhinestones on the bows finished off my card!

That’s it from me! Please check out The Flower Challenge blog for all the information about our birthday challenge and for the fabulous inspiration projects from our guest Emily and my team mates!

Hope you will play along!!!

Have a great week!
