Hello everyone!
Today I have a special card for a special challenge to share with you. Seize the Birthday team has decided to have an extra challenge for our HEROES who are helping us go through this challenging times. They could be doctors, nurses, postmen, police officers or cashiers in the market.
To whom are you thankful? Make some Thank you cards and link them up in our gallery.
I used Doctor’s Orders image for my card. I printed the pdf file on a Neenah solar white paper and colored the doctor using Copic markers. I fussy cut the doctor and set it aside.
To create the background I cut a white panel using Radiating Background 2 die by Pinkfresh Studio. I made a mask in a size of two stripes of the background pattern and ink blended the soft rainbow colors on the background panel as shown in the picture.
I chose a sky blue cardbase, ink blended Wilted Violet DI on the center of the front and splattered white ink on it. I foam mounted the background panel and added the doctor to the card. The sentiment is from the Call the Shots printable. I matted the sentiment banner with a blue cardstock and adhered it onto the card. To finish off the card I added some sequins from Lilac Blossoms Couture Mix by The Ton.
