Today’s card is made with the same technique like the “slow down” card.
I’ve cut HAPPY BIRTHDAY and a small flower out of a silver shimmer cardstock with my Cricut cutting machine, adhered the panel with double sided tape on a A2 card base and burnished the glitter in rainbow color into the positive space with my finger.
That’s it 😀
