Today, I have a Good luck card with a purple butterfly to post.
A while back I have made a butterfly .svg file. As I saw this week’s cue word of CASology (wings), I couldn’t think of a better chance to use this butterfly.

For the background I stamped 3 curved lines with a border stamp from Fiskars and heat embossed with opaque white embossing powder, then watercolored the areas between the lines yellow and green with inktense pencils.

For the butterfly, first of all I made a stencil and used white embossing paste to stencil the butterfly. And then I cut the butterfly from a patterned paper with my Cricut, adhered the body of it on the stenciled butterfly with glossy accents. The sentiment is stampt in grape juice.
The final touch were glossy accents on the body of the butterfly and as some water droplets (I know, it was a clumsy attempt to place them :D).

Here is the card,

I will enter this card to CASology week 157,
