Hello,
Today I have two cards which I made using stencil technique.
The flower image was made using a stencil from Penny Black. I used Gel medium mixed with some Gelatos for stenciling.
For the white card I colored a watercolor paper first, gave them some shower with pearlized water and then stenciled the image. For the brown one I stenciled the image first on a yellow CS and then blended some Distress inks in yellow shade.
I scattered some glitter powder on the images and let them dry out.
The frame was cut with my Cricut. For the white card I chose a white Bling CS from Bazzill and the frame on the brown card was made by blending and stamping using Distress inks and a woodgrain stamp.
I cut the outlines of some leaves so that they can peek out of the frame. The frame was mounted using some foam adhesives.
The sentiment from Altenew was heat embossed and glued on the frame. Lastly I draw some stamens on the flowers using gel pens.
It was the first time I stenciled an image using gel medium. I think it is a litte bit easier than using embossing paste because of the soft consistency of Gel medium.

I’m entering the first card into these challenges.
