Hello everyone! Hope you are having a wonderful week so far!
Today I have a card to share with you. I made this for the CAS(E) this Sketch #221 and Inspired by All the Little Things #56. So glad I could combine both challenges in a card :)!
When I saw the inspiration photo at Inspired by All the Little Things, this bicycle stamp by The Ton popped in my mind. It is called Beautiful Day Bicycle. As it has a small flower cluster, which fits on the basket, it looked perfect for my card.
To start off I blended the background using Deep Emerald, Soft Garden, Cali Blue and Arctic Sky dye inks. To show the rectangle on the sketch of CAS(E) this Sketch I blended Smoky Quartz on the bottom part of the background panel, which gives the bicycle some ground to stand on. The brick embossing folder was used on a Confetti Cream cardstock representing the white wall in the inspiration photo. It was then foam mounted on the background panel. The silver heat embossed bicycle was cut with coordinating die and added on the card. The flower cluster was stamped three times in Caviar Hybrid ink on a snippet of Bristol smooth paper, colored with Zig Brush pens and cut with coordinating die, before being added on the basket. The sentiment in Caviar Hybrid is from Clearly Besotted. To finish off I covered the flowers and the gray part on the background with clear WOS.
Thank you so much for stopping by today!
Have a crafty day!!!
