Hello everyone! How are you! Hope you’re having a great week so far!

It’s already time for a reminder card for the latest Flower Challenge with the theme “Shaped Card”. I’m afraid I’ll say soon… it’s already December… lol.

This month we are being sponsored by Alex Syberia. I’m sure, most of you already know about her beautiful digital designs she sells on her etsy shop. She is also an awesome card maker with amazing coloring skills. If you missed her creations, here is the link to her Instagram account.
The winner of this challenge will get two of her lovely digital images!!!

I chose Winter Bouquet digital stamp from her etsy shop . I’ve made a circle card as my first DT card. This time I’ve made a tri-fold card using the same image.

To make the cardbase I used a 12×12″ panel in navy. I cut the panel into a trapezoid. The long side measures 5.5″ and the short one 2.25″. I folded the panel in accordion fold to make a trifold card.

I printed the Winter Bouquet digital stamp four times. I resized the images and made two pairs, one of each pair being a mirror image. I colored the floral image using Copic markers. I chose some cold colors like blue, violet and cool gray.

I adhered a thin strip of Adhesive Glitter paper Glossy Fine Silver (The Ton) on the top edge of the cardbase panel and arranged the two of the colored Winter Bouquet images. I adhered them using some foam tape on the front side. I then took the mirror images and glued them on the back, so that the colored bouquets could be seen on both sides.

The sentiment was cut using Handlettered Greetings die set (SSS) from some heavyweight white cardstock, stacked together and added to the top edge of the card. I finished off the card by adding some white splatter dots using a white gel pen.

It was so much fun to do something different. I hope you’re inspired by my card and will play along with us this month!

Have a great one!
