We are being sponsored this month by the amazing Bugaboo Stamps with a $12 gift code for our winner , (approx 4 digital stamps). Such beautiful and fun digital stamps to be found there, do pay them a visit if you haven’t already! All the design team have been given some of their stamps to use on their cards also.
I printed the image on a Neenah solar white paper and colored it using Copic markers. For the tulip I used R32, 35, 37 and 39: for the leaves some BG and YG colors. I colored the background in yellow and fussy cut the four blocks.
I colored the edges of the four blocks in black to cover the white edges. I then clear heat embossed the blocks three times each. I wanted to make them look like tiny tiles.
I took a red cardbase, cut the front of it as shown in the picture and dry embossed it using a Double Stitched Square die. I matted the front side with a cream cardstock. I gold heat embossed the sentiment from Lovely Lily stamp set (The Ton) on the cream panel.
The four blocks were foam mounted on the front of the card. I added two Medallion Gold sequins (The Ton) to finish off.
Thank you so much for visiting my blog!
Have a beautiful weekend!
