Hello everyone! Hope you’re all doing well and having a great weekend!
Today I have a card I made for the Pinkfresh Studio October Challenge! The theme of this month’s challenge is Fall/ Fall Holidays. I picked Thanksgiving as a Fall Holiday and made a Thank you card. I used Dahlia Bunch stamp, Layering Stencil and die sets and also the color palette from the challenge graphic. I made a black and gray background using the Diagonal Stripes with Window die to complete the color scheme.
I white heat embossed the Dahlia Bunch image and colored it using the Layering stencil set. The orange dahlias were stenciled in Apricot, Clementine and Persimmon, the purple flowers in Soft Lilac, Candy Violet and Regal Kiss and the leaves in Aquamarine and Tidal Pond. After the stenciling was done I cut it using the coordinating die and set it aside.
I cut the Diagonal Stripes with Window from some silver cardstock and adhered it on a black cardbase. I added the Dahlia Bunch on it using foam tape. The sentiment was cut using the Mini Tags with Fillable Words die set. I cut the word from the same silver cardstock I used for the Diagonal Stripes with Window and adhered the letters on a black banner.
To add more silver shine I scattered a few Metallic Silver Pearls.
Hope I was able to inspire you with my card and you’ll play along at Pinkfresh Studio Monthly Challenge! One cardmaking entry and one memory-keeping entry will receive a $50 gift card to the Pinkfresh Studio Store! The two winners will be randomly selected based on these two categories.

I think it’s about time for you to start with accompanying videos for your beautiful cards! Thank you! 😄
How bright and pretty and the bunch of flowers with those beautifully coloured Dahlias look great against the die cut diagonal striped cover plate, and wonderful contrast with the black card behind it. x
