Hello everyone! Hope you’re having a restful weekend!

Today I have a card to share which I made for the Pinkfresh Studio June 2022 Challenge! The theme of this month’s challenge is RAINBOW. I made a rainbow floral card using the Grant Yourself Grace stamp, layering stencil and die set from the latest release. The background was made with the Stitched Diamonds coverplate die and Pretty Frames 2 die set.

I started by stamping the roses from the Grant Yourself Grace set in Detail Black on Neenah solar white cardstock. I stenciled each flower in two tones using Candy Apple, Clementine, Sunshine, Lavender and Aquamarine. The leaves were stenciled in Aquamarine, Clementine and Key Lime. I cut out the stenciled flowers with the coordinating die and set them aside.

For a clean look I made a white on white background without any color. I foam mounted the white frames which was cut using the Pretty Frames 2 die on the Stitched Diamonds panel. The flowers were then arranged on the card as shown. I also added some white branches from Curvy Foliage to the roses.

The sentiment is from Rainbow Sentiments Diecut Ephemera pack. I tucked it between the roses and finished off the card by adhering some Jewels in rainbow colors on the roses.

Hope I was able to inspire you with my card and you’ll play along!

One cardmaking entry and one memory-keeping entry will receive a $50 gift card to the Pinkfresh Studio Store! The two winners will be randomly selected based on these two categories.

  1. What a splendid idea for inking those layered stencils – gorgeous color combos, too! TaeEun, you always astound me! Hope I get a chance to play!

  2. These roses looks so pretty and love the mix of colours TaeEun, and the stitched diamonds panel with the frame over the top all in white goes beautifully and finished perfectly with the added white die cut leaves and a lovely circular sentiment plate tucked in amongst them. x
