Hello and welcome to Pinkfresh Studio May 2023 Stamp, Die, Stencil, and Hot Foil Release Blog Hop !!!

If you arrived here from the Susi Becerra Jimenez’s Blog, you’re right on track. If not, please head on over to the Pinkfresh Studio Card blog to get all the information about the full release and to start the blog hop!

It’s release day at Pinkfresh Studio! This release includes some beautiful and whimsical floral product suites and stamp, stencil, and die sets with cute and adorable natural elements! There is also a sentiment set in a hot foil and a die version.

My cards for today are both showcasing the Magic is in You product suite. This stencil set has cute mushrooms and some branches along with a small ground image. It’s a great set to use with the Terrarium die. I made a shaker card using the Terrarium die and a slimline card featuring the Magic is in You set.

The first card that I want to share with you is the shaker card.

I started by stenciling the Magic is in You images on Neenah solar white panel. I stenciled the cap of the mushrooms in orange using Apricot, Clementine and Persimmon. I colored the caps in gradient making the lower part darker. The bottom of the cap and the stipe were stenciled in Warm Buff and Doe. For the leaves I used Grassy Knoll and Olive and for the small ground image Warm Buff, Doe and Grassy Knoll. The tiny sparkles were stenciled in Peach Fuzz and Sunshine.

After the stenciling was done I cut the images using the coordinating die. I drew some white highlights on the mushrooms using a white gel pen.

I cut a white A2 sized panel using the Terrarium die and cut the negative piece with the Dotted Scallops coverplate die. I cut the same shape four more times from some white cardstock and once from some white fun foam and layered them all together to make the shaker wall.

For the background of the shaker I ink blended the die cut Terrarium piece in Sky Blue and Warm Buff and adhered it on the center of a white cardbase.

Next I added the shaker wall to the card and arranged the images of The Magic is in You set using foam tape. For some sparkle I adhered a few clear Crystals on the scene and added clear glitter as shaker elements.

I adhered a piece of clear acetate sheet on the back of the the top panel and added it to the shaker wall. The bottom of the Terrarium was cut from some beige cardstock.

The sentiment is from the Butterfly Garden set. I ink blended a piece of white cardstock in Grassy Knoll and Warm Buff, white heat embossed the sentiment on it and cut the sentiment using the coordinating die.

Next card is a slimline card. I cut the front panel using the Slim Braided Circles die and placed the elements from the Magic is in You set on the side circles and added the sentiment to the center. I also stamped and stenciled the Delicate Foliage on the front panel to add more interest!

For this card I stenciled the mushrooms in red using Coral Reef, Passion Fruit and Candy Apple. For the other elements I used the same colors like the first card. I stenciled the ground image once again as I needed two of them.

To add some interest to the front panel I stamped the Delicate Foilage in Warm Buff on some beige cardstock multiple times to fill it and stenciled the leaves in the same color. This panel with the DIY pattern was then cut using the Slim Braided Circles die.

I dry embossed a white panel which is smaller than the slimline cardbase using the Slim Fancy Diagonal Stripes die and adhered it on the cardbase.

I adhered the ground images on the card to show them through the left and the right circle windows and foam mounted the front panel on it.

Next I arranged the cute mushrooms and leaves on the ground images using foam tape as shown in the picture.

To cut the Magic is in You Phrase I first ink blended a piece of white cardstock in Coral Reef and Candy Apple. I cut the phrase once from the ink blended panel and four more times from some white cardstock and stacked them all together.

The shadow layer was cut from white cardstock. I added the sentiment to the center circle using foam tape and finished off the card with a few Twilight Ombre Glitter Drops.

The glass dome over the image on the first looks brilliant and I love the pierced coverplate background and such super colours too, and then the second looks great with the three ornate apertures featuring more of the wonderful toadstool images and great contrast with the pretty leaves stamped on to a buff coloured background which is perfect. x
