Today’s card features the Celebrate in Blooms suite, designed by our lovely team leader Kinnari !!
To begin, I adhered the Celebrate in Blooms washi tape to white cardstock and die cut the images using the coordinating dies. I chose the arch-shaped floral cluster and created a frame using two of them.
For an interesting background, I die cut white cardstock with the Trellis coverplate die. I arranged the Celebrate in Blooms washi images on the Trellis panel and attached them with foam tape for dimension. Once everything was in place, I trimmed off the excess from the Trellis panel and adhered the finished piece to an Almond Cream cardbase again using foam tape.
The sentiment from the same stamp set was stamped in Detail Black and die cut. To add extra dimension, I layered it with three additional die cuts. For the sentiment mat, I cut two banners using the Basic Banners die – one from white cardstock, the other from cardstock ink blended in Peony and Raspberry Bliss. I adhered the two banners at an angle added them in the center of the card and placed the sentiment on top. To finish the design, I scattered a few Sparkling Champagne Metallic Pearls.
