Today I have a card in neutral color to share with you.
Over at Time Out runs a photo inspiration challenge.
From the inspiration photo of a bedroom the black and white newsprint bedding set catched my eye and the sketch of the cities on it.
To start off I smudged white pigment ink on a black CS to make a chalkboard-like appearance. I then stamped the sketch of Shanghai from Altenew using white pigment ink and heat embossed it with silver and iridescent sparkle EP. I used two embossing powders here to give a little bit shade into the sketch. The fireworks from Pyrotechnics stamp set by The Ton were stamped in white and silver.
The sentiment is also from the same stamp set. I stamped the sentiment on a clear acetate sheet using white StazOn ink and placed it in the center of the front panel. I added silver glitter pattern paper on two diagonal corners for some more interest and mounted the panel on a A2 card base.
