Hello and happy Thursday!
Today starts a new challenge at Seize the Birthday!

For the next fortnight we have a Anything Goes challenge without Toppings option.
I have made a card using a rose bouquet image I colored during the latest The Daily Marker 30day coloring challenge.

The roses were stamped in Tattered rose DI and are from Fresh Cut Garden Roses Outline stamp set by The Ton. I masked the rose when needed and stamped the leaves from the same stamp set in Twisted Citron DI. I stamped the vase from Fresh Cut Garden Roses stamp set in Crystal Pewter dye ink.
I then colored the images with Zig brush markers. For the vase I used white acrylic paint to give it a little bit of texture, which can’t be seen well in the picture. I cut the panel with a Double Stitched Rectangle die and glued it flat on my card base.
While coloring the bottom right rose I added yellow shade to mainly used wine rose. But that looked not good to me, so I decided to color another rose on a piece of separate Bristol smooth paper which I fussy cut and foam mounted onto the rose I didn’t like. I added black ink splatter after I covered the roses and the vase. The sentiment is from Hero Arts. I stamped it in Noir on a die cut banner. I blended Tattered Rose and Picked Raspberry DI on the edges and foam mounted it on the card.

That’s it from me today! Now it’s your turn to make a birthday card and link it up in the gallery at Seize the Birthday!
Please be sure to hop over to Seize the Birthday blog and see what my fellow DT members and our surprise party guest Anita Bowden created!

Have a happy day!
Hugs,
TaeEun
