Hello everyone!
It’s quite a busy day on my blog today :)! I’m popping in again to share a DT card for the latest Seize the Birthday challenge with you! Our new Topping for the next fortnight says ” Show me your white space” ! Our lovely team mate, Barbara has chosen this one!
I tried to keep my card CAS 🙂 ! I used a new die from Pinkfresh Studio, called Frame Builder: Botanical Triangle, as a wrap for my little wildflower bouquet.
I stamped a bunch of flowers and leaves from Wild Flower Sketches set by Pinkfresh Studio in their dye inks. The leaves were stamped in the minty colors of Garden Stroll ink set. For the flowers I used the pink colors of Fairy Dust set, purple ones from Soul of Provence set and the light blue ones from Morning Sky set. After stamping I cut them all using the coordinating dies and set them aside.
I cut the triangle with the leaves three times from some white cardstock using Frame Builder: Botanical Triangle and stacked them together. I adhered the triangle on a white cardbase. I colored the inner pieces of the leaves in Copic G 02 and G17 and inlaid them into their places. I then arranged the bouquet as shown in the picture and added it to the card. I added a pink bow to the bouquet. The sentiment is from Folk Hummingbird set which I stamped in black directly on the cardbase. I finished off the card with some soft pink Jewels.
