Hello everyone! Hope you’re all doing well and having a great weekend!

Today I have a card I made for the Pinkfresh Studio September Challenge! The theme of this month’s challenge is Leaves/Greenery.

I made a card using the Indigo Vines stamp and Layering Stencil set. I picked some of the colors of the palette from the challenge graphic.

I started by heat embossing the Indigo Vines stamp images in gold on Neenah Solar White paper. For stenciling I chose the colors from the palette of the challenge; Stargazer, Apricot and Ballet Slipper. I stenciled the leaves in two tones using Stargazer and Apricot and the small leaves in Ballet Slipper and Apricot. Once done with stenciling I cut them all using the one piece die. I then arranged the branches as shown in the picture and secured them with a piece of PressN Seal.

For the background I did a soft watercolor wash on a watercolor paper panel in light pink, light yellow, light coral and light green and splattered indigo watercolor on it. I colored the area where the Indigo Vines branches would be.

After the background panel was dry I cut it with Stitches die and adhered it on a white cardbase. I then added the already arranged Indigo Vines branches to the card using foam tape. The sentiment from Just a Hello Floral stamp set was gold heat embossed and cut with the coordinating die. The Small Butterfly was hot foiled in gold and stenciled in Coral Reef, Apricot and Sunshine. To finish off I scattered a few Stargazer Jewels.
