Hello and welcome to Pinkfresh Studio Holiday Stamp, Die, Stencil, and Hot Foil Release blog hop!!!

If you arrived here from my talented team mate Raquel Arribas’ blog, you’re right on track. If you are lost on the way or want to start over from the beginning of the hop, please head on over to Pinkfresh Studio blog

Pinkfresh Studio is celebrating the Holiday 2021 Release with an epic blog hop today! Lots of unique and pretty holiday items are debuting today including the cool background hot foil plates !!! I also love the new Perfect Sentiments Holiday stamp and hot foil plate! With only one working process (stamping, hot foiling and cutting) you get ten holiday sentiments you could use whenever you need ! For the full reveal please check out Pinkfresh Studio Card blog!

I’ve made two cards for today’s hop! Both of my cards are featuring Poinsettia stamp and Layering stencil sets. This sets coordinate with the Poinsettia Washi tape! For the background I used one of the new background hot foil plates and Layering stencil sets!

The first card is featuring the Poinsettia stamp and Layering stencil sets, Diagonal Stripes Hot Foil plate and Perfect Sentiments Holiday set from this release.

I gold heat embossed the Poinsettia on a white cardstock panel and stenciled it using the Layering stencil. The red and orange poinsettias were stenciled in Berrylicious, Clementine and Candy Apple and the greenery in Grassy Knoll and Olive. After stenciling I cut the images with the coordinating one piece die and set them aside.

For a festive background I hot foiled the Diagonal Stripes in Berry and adhered it on a white cardbase. I cut a white panel with a Lacey Edgers 1 die in an angle and foam mounted the panel on the diagonal striped background as shown in the picture. I then added the large poinsettia cluster on it with some white die cut Leafy Branches.

The Perfect Sentiments Holiday set was hot foiled in gold and cut with the coordinating die. I added the sentiment to the striped part of the card using foam tape. For more shine and bling I adhered a few Metallic Gold Pearls on the center of the poinsettias and scattered some on the card!

The second card is showing the wreath of the Poinsettia stamp. To create a subtle background I used the Holiday Botanical Background Layering Stencil set.

This time I stenciled the gold heat embossed Poinsettia in soft colors. For the poinsettias I used Apricot, Coral Reef, Clementine and Passion Fruit. For the greenery I used the same green colors like the first one but I ink blended very lightly to soften the colors. The red berries were stenciled in Candy Apple.

phbb-4-3

Holiday Botanical Background was stenciled in Meadow, Fresh Pear, Key Lime, Olive and Evergreen. I colored the berries using a gold gel pen. To reduce the contrast I ink blended the whole background panel in Fresh Pear and Olive. I then layered it with a vellum panel, cut them using the Diagonal Stitched Rectangles die and foam mounted the panel on a white cardbase.

I placed the Poinsettia wreath on the center of the card using foam tape and added the gold hot foiled sentiment from Thrill of Hope set. To finish off I added Bubblegum Jewels to the center of the poinsettias and a few Glacier Jewels to the card.
