Hello and welcome to Pinkfresh Studio September 2022 Stamp, Die, Stencil, Washi, and Hot Foil Release Blog Hop !!!

If you arrived here from Nichol Spohr’s Blog, you’re right on track. If not, please head on over to Pinkfresh Studio Card blog to get all the information about the full release and to start the blog hop!

It’s release day at Pinkfresh Studio! This release is a huge one and includes lots of goodies for Holiday paper crafting! Along with holiday elements there are many unique sentiment stamp, stencil, hot foil and die sets and some unique sets for background design.

My first card is showcasing the Tidings of Great Joy product suite. This set is a festive and whimsical border image. I made a shaker card using the coordinating die which cuts off the center part. This card is also showing the Swirl Background stencil from this release!

I started off by heat embossing the image in gold on a A2 sized Neenah solar white panel. I colored the image using the coordinating stencil set. I stenciled the house in Warm Buff, the leaves in Olive and Evergreen and the berries in Berrylicious.

I cut the panel with the Stitched Rectangles die and the Tidings of Great Joy die to make the front panel of my shaker card. I adhered a clear acetate sheet on the back of the window and made the shaker wall with two layers of foam tape.

To add some interest to the background I stenciled the Swirl in Peach Fuzz and Fresh Pear on the front of a cream cardbase. You could use this stencil set with five different colors but I used only two light colors for a subtle background.

I adhered some Matte Metallic Gold Pearls on the background and added lots of gold star and round sequins as shaker elements.

The sentiment is also from the Tidings of Great Joy stamp set. I heat embossed it in gold and cut it using the coordinating die. I added it to the center of the window using some foam tape.

The second card is featuring the Tidings of Great Joy stamp set again. This time I watercolored the white heat embossed image and added the large in red hot foiled JOY sentiment to the card.

I heat embossed the Tidings of Great Joy image in white on some watercolor paper panel. First I watercolored the house and the berries in red. After they were dry I added clear Pico embellisher on them to make them water-resistant, so that I could watercolor the green part loosely in various green shades.

After the panel was dry I dry embossed it with the Tidings of Great Joy die and cut it using the Diagonal Stitched Rectangles die. I then splattered green and white watercolor on the whole panel, let it dry and foam mounted it on a white cardbase.

I hot foiled JOY in berry and cut it with the coordinating die. I cut two more pieces to layer them together. I foam mounted the hot foiled sentiment and the sub-sentiment from the Tidings of Great Joy stamp set which was white heat embossed on a strip of dark green cardstock.

To finish off I scattered some Emerald City Jewels.

The last card for today is showing the Snowflakes hot foil plate and die and the Merry and Bright hot foil plate and die.

To start I made a watercolored panel in purple and light blue. I splattered the same watercolors and white one on the whole panel and let it dry. After the panel was dry I dry embossed the panel with the Snowflakes hot foil plate. I placed the hot foil plate on a corner of the panel to dry emboss it and then again on the diagonal corner to add the texture to the perimeter of the panel.

Merry and Bright was hot foiled in aurora which looks like silver but reflects rainbow colors under light. I hot foiled the Snowflakes in silver using a negative foil and the Solid hot foil plate. I used two of four die cut snowflakes to embellish my card. The snowflakes were added using one layer of foam tape and the sentiment with two layers of foam tape for some dimension.

To finish off I added some Iridescent Clear Drops to the card.
