But as always you may enter any newly created birthday card into our gallery!
I love the vibrant colors of Color Burst powders. So I decided to color some floral image using them.
This is one of new release stamps by The Ton and called Nesting Peonies. It is a beautiful peony tree cluster image with three sweet chickadee images. I gold heat embossed it on Canson XL watercolor paper and colored it using Color Burst powders. I used Peony and Wisteria for the flowers and Phthalo Green, Sap Green, Indigo and Cerulean Blue for the leaves. And I made my chickadees in yellow-orange :)! After done coloring I fussy cut them.
The purple cardstock was cut with a Distressed Edges die from Spellbinders. I white heat embossed the sentiment, also from Nesting Peonies set, on it and foam mounted it on my white cardbase. I then added the peony tree and two little birds onto the card using foam adhesives.
