Hello and welcome to Pinkfresh Studio and My Sweet Petunia Collaboration Blog Hop!

You’ve arrived here from Susan Wymer’s blog, if you’re following the blog hop order. In case you’re lost on the way or want to start over, please hop over to Pinkfresh Studio blog!

Today I’m so thrilled to be part of this special Collaboration blog hop of Pinkfresh Studio and My Sweet Petunia as a design team member of Pinkfresh Studio! Honestly I’m not good at stamping and without my MISTI tool I’m totally lost. In case of the Pop Out stamps by Pinkfresh Studio, the role of a stamp positioning tool is truly essential in order to align the pop out stamp elements.

For today’s hop I’ve made a card using Nested Diamond stamp set to show you how the MISTI tool helps to create the multicolored background. I used the floral cluster from Celebrate Us stamp set as my main image and made a shaker card.

I started off by creating the background using Nested Diamond stamp set with the help of MISTI tool. I used Sky Blue, Summer Shower, Seaside, Storm and Stargazer for my blue ombre background. To stamp the next color you leave the pop out element in the MISTI tool and mount the next stamp element before you remove the first stamp element. Below you see the work in process pictures.

I cut the background panel using the Diagonal Stitched Rectangles die and cut the shaker window using the coordinating die of the Celebrate Us set in the center of the panel.

I stamped the Celebrate Us image on a piece of Neenah solar white paper in Detail Black ink and filled it by stamping the flower in Peach Fuzz and Coral Reef and the leaves in Storm and Stargazer. I applied the darker colors on the stamp using a finger dauber. The second layer of the flower was gold heat embossed.

I adhered the flower image on a white cardbase aligning it to the shaker window, added a few pink and dark blue Jewels on the image and assembled the shaker card. I filled the shaker with some iridescent white and small pink and gold sequins.

The sentiment is from Simply Sentiments: Hello stamp set. I white heat embossed it on a strip of navy cardstock and foam mounted it onto the card. To add more golden accent I added the bow which was cut from some gold glitter paper using the Artistic Bows die set.

Thanks so much for inspiring. Be Well.
