Hello and happy Friday, everyone!

Yes, I have more cards with Penny Black goodies πŸ™‚ ! This time, I want to share four cards featuring some items from the Share Your Love collection. This collection was actually a Valentine’s collection, but I think we need love-themed items anytime!

The first card features the Teddy Bouquet (31-024) stamp with a cute bear. This stamp has a coordinating Cut Out (51-804).

To begin, I stamped the cute bear image in Vintage Photo Distress ink on watercolor paper, colored it and cut it out.

tb-4-2

To create the background, I first ink blended blue and light green Distress ink on a white panel and cut it using the largest die from the Swirly Stitches (51-502) set. I then applied the sticky pouring hearts image from the Heart Shine Stick & Shine set (15-014) on the background panel and transferred mint foil onto it.

After that, I splattered white ink on the whole background panel and let it dry.

tb-2-2

I foam mounted the background panel on a white cardbase and added the bear image on it using foam tape.

The sentiment from the Love & Light set (31-037) was heat embossed in white on a strip of light green cardstock.

Next card is showing the Share Your Love set (31-026), my favorite from this collection! This illustration of a cute girl and a puppy looks so~ adorable !

I stamped the image in black and watercolored it. I cut the panel with the colored image into a wide strip and stamped the sentiment from the Love and Light (31-037) set also in black.

I embossed the front of a yellow cardbase with the Dashed Design (65-001) embossing folder and foam mounted the front panel with the colored image on it. That was super simple, right πŸ™‚ ?

The lovely girl of the next card is from the Love’s Embrace (31-036) set.

le-1-2-2

I had an oval watercolor paper in my stash, which was perfect for the Love’s Embrace (31-036) image. I stamped the girl in black and watercolored her.

le-4-2-2

To create the background, I sprayed Antique Linen, Lost Shadow and Saltwater taffy Distress oxide spray on a glass mat, added a bit of clear water to them, and smooshed a watercolor paper panel into the inks. I splattered the same inks on the panel after it dried.

I cut the A2 sized background panel using the largest die from the Lovely Border (51-484) set, embossed it with the Noted (65-005) embossing folder and adhered it to a white cardbase.

le-2-2-2

I stamped the sentiment from the Love & Light (31-037) set on a piece of watercolor paper in black and cut it into a speech bubble.

I foam mounted the colored oval panel and the sentiment to the card and added a few sequins from the Coral Necklace Couture Mix by The Ton to the card.

The last card for today is a slimline card featuring the Cuteness (31-035) stamp set, the Forever Edger die (51-807), and the Forever Builder (31-030).

cn-1-2

The Cuteness (31-035) set includes seven adorable images of rabbits and foxes (I hope it’s right πŸ™‚ ). I picked three of them and stamped them in black on the left side of a slimline sized watercolor paper panel. I watercolored the rabbits in a simple way.

I cut the bottom of the panel using a die from the Border Collection (51-717) and then the right part of it with the shadow die of the Forever Edger die (51-807).

cn-6-2

I stamped the sub-sentiment from the Forever Builder (31-030) set on the front panel above the die cut “forever” and foam mounted it on a lavender slimline cardbase.

cn-cu3-2

I cut the word “forever” three times from white cardstock, stacked them all and added it to its place.

cn-3-3

That’s it from me for today! Thank you so much for staying with me through the long post!

Please head on over to the Penny Black blog to see all the items from the Share Your Love collection !

I hope you enjoyed looking my cards!

  1. Another post loaded with beauty and happiness! We are so honored for all you share with Penny Black! I love your no-line watercoloring on your bear. The sweet girl and her dog is such a fabulous card design for a CAS and oh-so-cute make. The speech bubble was such a stand-out choice for the little girl and her heart hug. And the final card is a NEW way to use the edgers that I never thought of and have never seen before — TOTAL GENIUS! Girl, you are sooooo talented!! HUGS!
