For today’s hop, I’m sharing a card featuring the Gelato on the Go suite along with the beautiful Starry Scallops Die from this new release!
This sweet suite includes a stamp set, coordinating stencils, and a matching die. I started by stenciling the image using soft pastel tones: Summer Shower, Sparkling Rose, Lavender, Apricot, and Doe. Once the stenciling was complete, I stamped the outline in Detail Black for crisp definition, then die cut the image using the coordinating die.
For the background, I ink blended a white panel—Summer Shower on the left side, and a gradient of Warm Buff and Doe on the right. After blending, I used the Starry Scallops Die to cut the panel, then foam mounted it onto a white card base for added dimension.
I finished the design by foam mounting the stenciled image at the center. The sentiment, from the same Gelato on the Go stamp set, was stamped in Detail Black, die cut, and added with foam tape for a clean, dimensional look. I finished off the card with a few Ice Clear Drops.

The scalloped cover plate die which you’ve inked so beautifully makes a great backdrop to the ice cream selling rabbit..so cute and the colours have that fresh summery feel…a beautiful card TaeEun. x
