It’s Release Day at Pinkfresh Studio! The new Quiet Moments Release is filled with fresh summer charm, combining playful outdoor scenes, peaceful nature-inspired designs, sweet florals, and modern background patterns. From lakeside and camping images to cozy woodland moments and soft floral elements, this release is perfect for creating cards that feel cheerful, relaxing, and full of summertime joy.

Today I’m sharing three cards created with some of the items from this release! Two of them were made at the same time, using the same layout and process.

Let’s take a look at the card duo first!

For this duo I featured the Soft Meadow suite together with the Dotted Nested Deckled Rectangles die set from this release. 

To start, I created the backgrounds by stenciling one panel in Sky Blue and the other in Soft Lilac using the background stencil from the Soft Meadow stencil set. Next, I stamped the Soft Meadow image in Detail Black and colored the image using the coordinating stencils. 

For the card with the blue background, I colored the flowers in Summer Shower and Seaside adding Storm to the centers. For the purple flowers, I used Lavender, Hydrangea, and Opulence. The leaves were colored in Key Lime and Olive.
Once the stenciling was finished, I cut both panels using three dies from the Dotted Nested Deckled Rectangles die set so I would end up with two frames and one center rectangle from each panel. I then mixed the pieces from the two colorways to create the card duo.

For each card, I adhered the smaller frame flat onto a white cardbase, then foam mounted the outer frame and the center rectangle, after switching them from the opposite color set.

For the sentiments, I stamped two greetings from the Retro Camp Days stamp set in Detail Black and die cut them with the coordinating dies. I stacked three additional die cuts underneath each sentiment for dimension.

For the purple card, I created a layered banner mat using the Basic Banners die, cutting one banner from white cardstock and the other from cardstock ink blended in Lavender. For the blue card, I  die cut a small vellum heart using the Radiating Hearts and Stars die set, embellished it with a bit of silver thread, and added the sentiment on top. 

To finish the duo, I scattered Silver Metallic Pearls on the blue card and Lilac Clear Drops on the purple one. 

The next card features the Woodland Trails suite along with the Dotted Nested Rectangles die set from this release. 

To begin, I stamped the fun woodland map image in Detail Black and colored with the coordinating stencils in the following colors.
– Stencil 1: Turquoise, Summer Shower, Lavender
– Stencil 2: Bay Leaf, Warm Buff
– Stencil 3: Mango Sorbet, Mimosa
– Stencil 4: Olive, Grassy Knoll
– Stencil 5: Gathered Twigs

After the stenciling was finished, I cut the panel with the largest die from the Dotted Nested Rectangles die set and also cut a tilted rectangle from the center using a die from the same die set. I lightly ink blended the outer panel in Bay Leaf and foam mounted it onto a white cardbase. 

Next, I cut a vellum rectangle using a larger die than the stenciled center piece. I adhered the stenciled rectangle to the vellum and then added the layered piece back into place with foam tape. 

I stamped the sentiment from the Woodland Trails stamp set in Detail Black, die cut it, and added it to the card with foam tape. I also added a tree from the Trees suite, which I die cut and stenciled in Grassy Knoll, Olive and Gathered Twigs. 

To finish the card, I scattered a few Leaf Clear Drops for a subtle touch of shine.
